How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password by clicking on the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page. Follow the instructions sent to your registered email address to create a new password.
How do I add a new student to the system?
Navigate to the Students section from your dashboard, click on 'Add New Student', and fill out the required information in the form. Once submitted, the student will be added to your school's database.
Can I export reports from the system?
Yes, most reports can be exported in multiple formats including PDF, Excel, and CSV. Look for the export button at the top of any report page to select your preferred format.
How do I set up parent accounts?
From the User Management section, select 'Parents' and click 'Add New Parent'. You can then link the parent account to their child's student profile and send an invitation for them to create their login credentials.
Is there a mobile app available?
Yes, we have mobile apps available for both iOS and Android devices. You can download them from the respective app stores by searching for 'Aztra Schools'.
