Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aztra Schools ("Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Aztra Schools is a comprehensive platform designed to help educational institutions manage their operations, including but not limited to student information management, attendance tracking, grade reporting, scheduling, and communication tools.

3. Registration and Account Security

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information

• Maintain and promptly update your account information

• Maintain the security of your account credentials

• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Our Service is offered on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees applicable to your selected subscription plan. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms or as required by applicable law.

We may change subscription fees by giving you notice before the beginning of a billing cycle. If you do not cancel your subscription before the beginning of the billing cycle, you authorize us to charge you for the updated subscription fee.

5. User Content and Conduct

Our Service allows you to store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("User Content"). You are responsible for the User Content that you post, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation

• Post any User Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable

• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Aztra Schools and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or transmit any of the material from our Service without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall School Management System be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data, or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
